My daughter had a mini pamper me pretty party and she loved every minute of it. Right from making the enquiry and booking the staff were super organised and lovely. We booked a junior pamper party and it was wonderful. The free customised invitations were awesome and party bags and gift for the party girl at the end of the party were very cute. The girls had a lovely time and thought it was great! Each girl had her own therapist for the 2.5 hour session which was great. They loved the pedi spas, glitter bar and having their nails, make up and facial. As a parent, I didnt have to lift a finger and everything was organised for us.

Each girl was made to feel special and the spa games and treatments were so much fun. Each girl having their own therapist was amazing. Each of the pamper rooms were beautiful and so spacious! For my hens night, I didnt want someone to come to me and for us to have to share therapists, I wanted us to all be pampered at the same time. Then finally I found you guys. From the get go the service was amazing. My friends and I were so relaxed after our session had finished. The treatments were amazing including the relaxing facial and back massage. The fact we had a therapist for each of us and we were all able to be pampered at the same time in the same room was absolutely awesome and really important for me. The cheese and fruit platter at the end of our session topped it off. Will definitely be back!

Exceeded our Expectations!
Our daughter and her friends had an amazing time, despite lockdown and via zoom. Well run and kept a group of 8 year olds entertained for over 90 mins. Recommending this as idea to all my friends as it was a great way to make those participating feel special. One remarked that she felt it was her birthday too, as she got gifts. We have done two events at the pamper party factory and it's been fabulous. My daughter and her cousin did the princess party for the holidays and it was fun filled and entertaining. I booked for my daughter and her bestie as soon as I saw the add for holiday activities and very happy we did as they’re booked out.
My little lady had an amazing morning trying All the things pampering has to offer and didn’t want to leave at the end.
The ladies who run the party activities are kind, approachable and really caring of the little ladies, I felt really comfortable leaving for to enjoy a couple of hours ( unusual for the holidays ) knowing my girl would be having the time of her life. And beautiful photos taken of the girls for us to access
