Client Information:
All Pamper Party Factory must have a consent form completed and signed by their parent or guardian using the online link, prior to their treatment be commenced. If there is a case where a party guest does not have a consent form completed and signed by their parent or guardian, our therapists will not be able to pamper them during the party.
When booking a party with us, a guardian or adult is required to be present during the duration of the party. When booking a Mini, Junior or Teenage pamper party the responsibility to monitor the children's safety will fall on the parent during the party. Whilst the party host and therapist will endeavour to keep all children safe during a party at all times by having strict safety protocols in place.
The Pamper Pamper Factory is not responsible or liable for any injury or incident that may occur during a party.
This is agreed to when signing the consultation card.
When it comes to the information obtained from these client cards received, the therapist holds the right to refuse a treatment if they feel it may hinder the guest in any way or put them at risk. This client information is private and confidential and will not be passed to any third parties.
It is extremely important that the therapists are notified of any allergies or sensitivity on the consultation form to ensure there is no risk of harm to a child. Some examples of these may be seafood, nuts, lactose, shellfish.
Please ensure that all of your guests, arrive on time for the party and are ready for their treatments 15 minutes prior to the planned commencement.
This will allow everyone to receive their full treatments.
Contraindications during Pregnancy
If a client may possibly be pregnant, the therapist must be informed during the booking and on the consultation form.
you must inform the therapist prior to the commencement of treatments. There are several restrictions that may need to be made to certain treatments to ensure the health and safety of mother and baby is paramount.
Our Venue:
• Includes beautiful treatment rooms set up with proper salon equipment and massage beds.
. Includes a relaxation lounge area with tea and coffee supplied adequate heating and cooling
• Parking is available
. All towels and product supplied
. Robes, headbands and slippers provided for all event or party guests
Party Bookings:

• A non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure therapists for your event. Please make sure you are 100% sure of the date you are booking and are able to fulfil the guest number requirements prior to booking.
• Final guest numbers and payments for guests, food and extras are due 7 days prior to the party date.
. Parties are charged per number of minimum guests, including the birthday child, even if the minimum number of guests do not arrive on the day. Payment must still be made for the number of minimum guests.
• Large group bookings are required to pay a larger deposit.
COVID
• In the event a COVID-19 lockdown prevents us from holding our event on the specific day advertised, the event date will be postponed to the nearest date available after restrictions are lifted and each booking moved forward and allocated priority.
• No refund will be given on postponing of an event or if a party decides not to go ahead with the party due to Covid. A party may be rescheduled to another convenient date.
Party Times
• Due to our fixed party schedule and time slots, a pamper party will commence at the confirmed time. If guests have not arrived they may miss out on activities that have already been planned or completed.
Party Activities
• Activities during the parties or workshops are subject to change based on availability of stock and staff.
On site Parking
• Guests are allowed to park in available car parking spaces on premises.
Parents Staying
•The only parents that are to enter the main party room during the duration of the party are that of the party child's.
Parents are encouraged to drop their children and collect at the end of the party.
Tiny Tot Parties are allowed to have parents stay in the chill out room due to the young of the children.
Party guests parents are not allowed to walk in and out of any party room.
Cancellation Policy
• We require 4 weeks notice to cancel any party bookings. If cancellation is within the 4 week timeframe, you may be able to redeem a 50% credit based on assessment. If a party is not cancelled within the 4 week timeframe the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.
• If a party is cancelled within 24 hours of the party date, there is no credit or refund given. A recharge fee of $150 will be charged for the party if it is rescheduled to a future date. Any monies paid towards catering will be forfeited due to wastage. If party is rescheduled catering will be reordered and charged.
• If a guests fails to show up at the time of the party, no refund will be given for that guest.
• Deposits on parties and events are non refundable. No refund will be given.
• A 50% credit may be used toward another event or workshop only if the party or event/workshop is cancelled four weeks prior to the commencement of the event with written notice to [email protected]
• Credits may only be used on events or workshops, not the shop.

Rescheduling
• If you are booked into an event and reschedule due to do circumstances, this can only happen at one time. If an event is rescheduled for a second time, the deposit will be forfeited.
